We heard a rumor that there was Oricon somewhere in the town, so we were keen on finding it. We eventually talked to a woman who said she had seen something shiny out in the pasture, so we went straight for the pasture and searched around until we found the big shiny lump of Oricon she saw! Another woman mentioned the location of the Fairy Flute in Kol, four steps south of the open air bath, which is exactly where it was in Dragon Warrior.
There was also an old man in town who kept sneezing. When we talked to him, he asked who was spreading rumors about him. This is actually a Japanese cultural reference where it's believed some sneezing is caused by people talking about you behind your back, like the "my ears are burning" thing we kind of have in the US.
Whoa, you're a living person!
You'd make more money if you sold stuff.
Yeah, it's interfering with his work.
You wouldn't even know what to do with it.
Yes, that sounds important.
Wait, most Americans don't understand this.
We've got one of those right here.
Isn't that where the golem is?
Why didn't you pick it up?
We should've checked when we were there.
Yay, a hunk of... metal?
Wash it off before you use it.
After we warped back to Kol and snatched up the Fairy Flute, we studied our map to see if we could figure out the best path to get to Cantlin, which requires a bit of a hike to reach.
It had a golem guarding it in Dragon Warrior; I wonder what will be in store for us...
